EXPENSES FOR BEACH REACH = Registration + Housing

Registration:

Registration: $150 per person for all participants (Students, leaders, etc.). Includes:

$115 for Food (3 meals a day) and Ministry Supplies
$35 for T-shirt and Hooded Sweatshirt (add $5 for 2XL and $10 for 3XL)
 

Housing: (2025 housing options will be posted in August)

Housing Costs range from $90 to $240 per person for the week depending on housing choice. Housing is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis starting Sept. 1, 2024.

Below are last year’s prices for reference:

Bridge Church Bunkhouse (Port Isabel) - $90 per person ($15 deposit per person) - (30 guys, 30 girls).
Cabanas @ Isla Blanca Park – $333 – ($55.50 deposit per Cabana) – Sleeps 4-5 (6 Cabanas Available).
Holiday Inn Resort - $960 - ($160 deposit per room) - Sleeps 4 (30 Rooms Available).
Comfort Suites – $1,066 - ($178 deposit per room) – Sleeps 6 (35 Rooms Available).
Suites at Sunchase – $1,059 - ($177 deposit per room) – Sleeps 6 (35 Rooms Available).

Sangria Condominiums (3 Bed, 2 Bath) - $1,834 - ($305 deposit per condo) - Sleeps 8 (5 Condos Available)
Sangria Condominiums (2 Bed, 2 Bath) - $1,569 - ($262 deposit per condo) - Sleeps 6 (5 Condos Available)

Registration Process:

Registration will officially begin on Monday, September 11 at 12:00 Noon. Housing will be assigned on a first come first served basis determined by the day and time your deposit is paid.
            * Early registrations will not be accepted.

Step 3 – CLICK HERE to pay a deposit equal to the first night of housing (the nightly rate X number of rooms).
Electronic Check Option Preferred
Credit Card Payments must include 3% transaction fee.

Important Dates and Deadlines:

September 9 - Registration opens at 12:00 noon (Deposit due at registration)
December 6 - Planning Meeting at DBU and on Zoom (Optional)
January 31 - Deadline to cancel for full refund
February 7 - Apparel Form and Payment Due
February 24 - Final Participant Count, Food and Supply Form, and Food/Supply Payment Due
February 28 - Week 1 Final Payment Due
March 7 - Week 1 Final Payment Due
